Originally from Chicago, I sold my contracting company in 2006 and moved to Arizona to build spec homes. My contracting and consulting experience, including my work as a consultant/trainer with a publicly-traded iBuy company, equip me to help sellers maximize sales prices, and help buyers negotiate great opportunities.
As a licensed Realtor since 2009, I have navigated various market conditions, developing strategies along the way to achieve the best outcomes for my clients in any market.
Outside of my real estate practice, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. We enjoy visiting small towns throughout Arizona, jet skiing, hiking, and camping.
